Hi di ho peeps!

I'm back today with a manly man card. If you watched my video a couple of weeks ago, you'll know that my father in law is having a birthday. Well here's the card I made...

I hope you like it.

Gone fishing

Hi di ho peeps,

Last week it was my dad's birthday, so I created a card using the new stamp set By the Dock.

I was drawn to this stamp set because of the ores. I work in Cambridge so there are lots of rowers about, one if which is in my team, so there will be no prizes for guessing what will feature on her birthday card.

My dad likes to go fishing, so I thought that the little jetty would be perfect on the card. It was a quick and simple card, but I've used my Wink of Stella to watercolour with, so the water really sparkles in the light.

That's it for today folks

Monday Man Card

Happy Easter Monday!

I hope you've all overindulged this weekend. Whilst I've been trying my best to get fit for Malawi things have been slipping over the last couple of weeks and a visit from the easter bunny hasn't done me too many favours.

Last night I was able to sit down and craft after the kiddiwinks had gone to bed, I was having so much fun that I didnt go to bed until 3am!!!! Hubster dealt with the kids first thing so I was allowed to sleep til 9 O'Clock

We've had a nice productive day. We'll have been in our house a year this time next week and today we bought light fittings for the lounge and dining room. I can't get over how unbelievably hard it is to find a nice light fitting that fits in a modern house. After getting the lights we went to Cliveden and completed their Easter egg hunt. Fortunately the rain stayed off most of the day.

Well enough of my waffle about the fun we've had, here's one of the cards I made last night.

I'm a hoarder of designer series paper, I have tonnes of it, so I am following Kylie Bertucci's #loveitchopit movement to start making the most of the beautiful DSP I've been hoarding.

Fancy joining the fun? Simply chop you're DSP and you're away, it's so beautiful that you can get away with making really quick and simple cards like the one shown here.

During the month of April I'm giving all of my lovely customers 6 card bases and 6 cut pieces of the Delightful Daisy DSP as a free gift when you order using my hostess code, or alternatively you can purchase your pack (UK only) for £5

Check back tomorrow for a #loveitchopit card I made using the Delightful Daisy DSP featured in this kit.

Time to let you enjoy the rest of your bank holiday Monday

Happy Crafting!
