Gone fishing
Hi di ho peeps,
Last week it was my dad's birthday, so I created a card using the new stamp set By the Dock.
I was drawn to this stamp set because of the ores. I work in Cambridge so there are lots of rowers about, one if which is in my team, so there will be no prizes for guessing what will feature on her birthday card.
My dad likes to go fishing, so I thought that the little jetty would be perfect on the card. It was a quick and simple card, but I've used my Wink of Stella to watercolour with, so the water really sparkles in the light.

Golfer Guy
Hi di ho peeps,
Yesterday I dusted off my camera, put together my tripod and did a Facebook live...I say I did a live video, but I decided to use some new software so I could switch between talking to you face to face and then having some overhead shots of the card I was making. Needless to say, the new software was not as straight forward to use as the video tutorials had lead me to believe...3 videos later and you'll be able to see me making today's card. It's certainly worth popping over to my facebook page if you want a giggle...
Here's the card. I couldn't decide whether to include a poppy parade banner or not, so let me know which option you prefer.
