Thoughtful branches sympathy card

Hi di ho peeps!

Well it's been a few weeks since I checked in here on my blog. The hubster and I took the boys off to Cornwall for a week and had lots of fun exploring castles, houses and the beach in between the rain showers. I've been enjoying the sunshine from my desk in the office (yes I'm lucky enough to be able to see out of a window in the office!!) fingers crossed the sunshines this bank holiday weekend.

Have you fallen in love with the thoughtful branches bundle yet???? If you haven't, I'm sure it's only a matter of time...but be quick about it, the set is only available during August, so you've got just under a week to secure your bundle before it's too late.

I find I never have a sympathy card whenever I need one, so here's one I've created using this gorgeous set and fingers crossed I wont need it for a very long time.

This card really sparkles, it's soooo pretty. Perfect way to show someone how much they care during a really difficult time.

I've made a little video to try and show you how much it sparkles as you can't really tell from the photo.

Everything I've used to make this card can be found in the product list below (click on the item to be taken directly to it in my shop).

Baby Bear Card

Happy Saturday!

Today we've been back up to Nottingham to see the out-laws. We left home in glorious sunshine and two hours later we arrived having spent the majority of our car jouney in the pooring rain. Alas we had no coats and got rather wet just running from the car to the house. You do have to love the British weather. Needless to say my two boys had a lovely time with their grandparents and got to see great mama too. Now its back to reality and the prospect of a day of cleaning and tidying tomorrow. Oh to have a cleaner!

I have another card to share with you and it features, my favourite set of the catalogue - baby bear! He's so increadibly cute, I couldn't resist buying him straight away.

How cute is he???? Can't wait to make more cards with this gorgeous boy!

If you want to order any of the items used in today's card then just click on the product picture and it'll take you straight to the item in my online shop. Don't forget to use the hostess code to earn yourself some free product and you'll get a £4.50 voucher with every £45 you spend thanks to our bonus days promotion that's running until 31st July.

Those of you that follow my facebook page or click on the upcoming events tab may have noticed that I've restarted my classes. Grateful Bunch

Happy 4th July to my American friends. I hope you’ve all been enjoying a lovely day. I’ve always loved 4th July because I can get lots of work done in the office as my colleagues are on holiday!

So last week I did a stampin’ Up! party for the first time in years. I’ve always run regular classes, but not many parties but it was so much fun and it made me realise that I really should do more. So if you would like to have a crafty night in with your friends, then drop me a line and we’ll get a date in the diary.

Everyone that came to the party made this card. Now it’s quite ambitious for new crafters but they all produced beautiful versions that they were really proud of.

Supplies:
Cardstock – Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla, Pretty in Pink
Ink – Pretty in Pink, Sahara Sand
Stamps- Grateful Bunch
Tools & accessories – Pearls, Tombow glue, acrylic blocks and Blossom Punch.

Thanks for stopping by, see you again soon!

So who wants to see a card?

Crafty mojo is trying to say hello, but it's gone walkies along with my photography skills. I seem to have misplaced my camera, so my phone is trying and failing to take photos for you. I know so many people just use their phones these days for pics, so no doubt it's operator error.

Soooo we have a card today using new stamps and new colours and using the fabulous sketch from the Less is More challenge blog.

The sketch:

It's the final countdown...

Now come on, lets be honest, you started singing "do, do do doooo, do, do, do, do dooooo" no? just me then!

Well tomorrow is the big day, we have a brand spanking new, oober fantabulous catalogue launching - yippee!!! So it's probably time I gave you a sneeky peek.

My mojo has been on a bit of a holiday, or rather, my time management skills have been lacking in the home life when my mojo does make an appearance meaning I've not made very much recently and hence the radio silence that is going on here on my blog.

I've decided to try miracle mornings to dedicate some time to me and my buisness. So here's to hoping that my craftiness starts making an appearance at 5:30 am as opposed to 2am which is when I am normally at my most creative.

To get the mojo rolling, I've had a look at some of the challenge blogs and settled on Addicted to stamps and more's challenge. This week they have a photo inspiration...

Here's my card...

I've taken inspiration from the stripes and tempting turquoise. by inking up some of my brand new stamps.

The I've created the background using playful backgrounds and the sentiment is from Thankful Thoughts.

I hope you like it. I'll be back tomorrow with another card and challenge - yes indeedy, And maybe even a new catalogue tooo....! this planning lark is working already.

Thank you for stopping by and sharing the love.

See you tomorrow.

Pssst. new catalogue launching tomorrow, that means today is your last chance to order retiring items...bargains to be had.
